As a Food Service Supervisor at Tim Hortons Athabasca, you'll be responsible for overseeing the staff who prepare and portion food, making sure everything runs smoothly from open to close. You'll train new team members, estimate ingredient needs, and step in to address any customer concerns that come up during a shift.
Keeping things safe, sanitary, and up to standard is a core part of this job. You'll work closely with your team to uphold food safety and quality protocols, maintain accurate records of stock and wastage, and help set the tone for a productive work environment. This is an on-site position — all work is completed at the physical location.
This role offers a wage of $18.50 to $19.50 per hour (to be negotiated), at 30 hours per week.
