Job summary

Tim Hortons in High Level, Alberta is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee food preparation, portioning and serving, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

You will coordinate staff schedules, train employees in food service, monitor inventory and assist with day-to-day operations in a fast-paced setting, while maintaining customer service and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Canadian equivalent.
• Previous food service experience required.
• Supervisory experience is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Monitor inventory and supplies and identify items that need to be ordered.
• Maintain records related to inventory, food usage, wastage and equipment.
• Ensure employees follow established food-safety, sanitation and workplace procedures.
• Address customer concerns and assist with day-to-day restaurant operations.
