Job summary

Tim Hortons Dauphin 2584 is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee food preparation and staff activities in a fast-paced environment. You will train staff, maintain quality control, and address customer concerns. This full-time permanent position requires a high school diploma and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Food Service Supervisor NOC 62020

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedules

Support for Youths

• Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth
• Offer mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth
• Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Wage: $16.00 per hour
• Hours: 40 hours per week
