Job summary

Best Western Plus Siding 29 Lodge in Banff, AB is seeking a kitchen assistant to support food preparation, inventory, and daily operations at our on-site kitchen. You will help maintain quality standards and assist in managing staff during shifts.

You will train teammates on sanitation and safety, supervise 1–2 staff, handle guest concerns, and help prepare reports and food order summaries for the chef. This role is strictly on-site in a hotel kitchen.

Qualifications

  • 1 year to less than 2 years experience required.
  • On site work at physical location with no remote option.
  • Basic security clearance required.
