Job summary

Seth’s Hospitality Services o/a Tim Hortons in Alliston, Ontario, is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily food preparation, staff coordination, and service standards.

Job Requirements

• The candidate will be responsible for supervising general cooks, food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants and food preparers, kitchen and food service helpers, and staff in various areas of responsibility.
• The candidate should be client focused.
• The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate should be flexible.
• The candidate should be a good team player.

Work setting

• The candidate should work in a cafeteria where the employees of a company can get lunch without leaving their place of work.
• The candidate should work in a coffee shop that provides patrons with a place to congregate, talk, read, write, entertain one another, or pass the time, whether individually or in small groups.
• The candidate should be able to work in fast food outlet or concession featuring a minimal menu, pre-cooked or quickly prepared food, and take-out operations.
