Qualifications

• FoodSafe Level 1 Certification required.
• Cash register familiarity is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, wash, cut, and seed fruits and vegetables.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays to and from stations safely.
• Store food with proper wrapping, dating, and rotation.
• Set up items for daily purchase and service.
• Perform general cleaning and waste disposal.
• Distribute supplies, utensils and equipment.
• Follow approved recipes and production standards for portion control and temperatures.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Address customer concerns and relay feedback to supervisor.
• Ensure sanitation and safety compliance at all times.
• Assist with cashiering and serving in retail areas.
