Pure Canadian Gaming Corp. in Alberta is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor/Manager to join our front-line team. The role focuses on greeting casino guests, answering menu questions, and ensuring service excellence throughout shifts.

You will coordinate guest orders, communicate any special requirements to the kitchen, maintain a clean work area, and ensure guests feel welcome at all times. Evening and weekend availability is required with a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to maintain a security clearance.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with casino guests and responding knowledgeably to inquiries about the menu, prices and other services and features of the casino.
• Accurately placing customer orders and communicating clearly to the kitchen staff any special requirements.
• Maintaining a clean work area and performing general cleaning duties.
• Seating guests and making them feel welcome at all times.
• Meeting and exceeding our guest’s expectations on a regular and consistent basis.
