Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• 1–2 years of experience in a related hospitality role.
• Able to supervise 3–4 staff members.
• Capable of lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
• Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral communication and active listening.
• Organized, flexible, and able to work independently.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Team-oriented with collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer complaints or concerns.
• Prepare and serve specialty food at tables.
• Present bills and process payments (cash, credit/debit, travellers cheques).
• Describe menu items and daily specials to customers.
• Advise on menu selections and upsell where appropriate.
• Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
• Greet customers, present menus, make recommendations.
• Take orders and relay to kitchen/bar staff.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
