Position Overview

We are seeking experienced & reliable Servers who can handle a fast-paced floor while delivering friendly, efficient service. The ideal candidates are organized, attentive, & able to manage multiple tables without sacrificing guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional, & friendly service to all guests
• Take accurate food & beverage orders & enter into POS system
• Deliver food & drinks efficiently & check back with guests
• Maintain cleanliness & organization of tables & service areas
• Handle cash & card payments accurately
• Work closely with kitchen & bar to ensure smooth service flow
• Upsell menu items & promote features

Requirements

• Previous serving experience preferred (high-volume breakfast experience an asset)
• Previous digital POS experience a huge asset. (TOAST, Lightspeed, TouchBistro etc)
• Previous bartending or bar experience is an asset
• Strong communication & multitasking skills
• Dependable & punctual
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Valid ‘Serving It Right’ certification (required)
• Availability for weekends & peak hours
• Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic

Schedule

• Flexible shifts (morning, daytime, & evening availability preferred)
• Weekend availability required

Compensation

• Hourly wage: $19.00–$23.00/hr plus tips
• Tips expected to significantly increase total earnings
• Summer season bonus program (May – September)
• Full day shift: 100% discount on staff meals
• 50% discount on staff meals when off
