Job summary

Fairmont Chateau Whistler, part of Accor, seeks a Food & Beverage Administrator to support leadership with administrative coordination, reporting, compliance, and operational tasks in a dynamic hospitality setting.

The full-time, permanent position starts as soon as possible with a pay range of $55,000–$60,000 CAD per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Subsidized staff accommodation and travel benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage experience with administrative or hospitality support preferred.
• Post-secondary education in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; Delphi, Property Manager or design software an asset.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, discreet, trustworthy handling confidential information; strong communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Director of Food & Beverage and leadership team.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, training, communications, presentations, and documentation.
• Support day-to-day administration of restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining operations.
• Prepare and manage operational and financial reporting, including revenue summaries and budgets.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Finance, People & Culture, Marketing, and operations teams.
• Support onboarding, training, engagement, recognition, and attendance tracking.
