• Escort customers to appropriate merchandise across departments.
• Ask open-ended questions to determine customers' needs and project scope.
• Promote services such as Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, and Pro Services.
• Discuss options (good, better, best) and suggest related items or services outside the department.
• Educate customers about entire projects and related components.
• Maintain daily stock and ensure products are signed, displayed, and clean.
• Maintain knowledge of products in the department and adjacent areas.
