Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and thank customers in the department following the GET model.
• Escort customers to appropriate merchandise across departments.
• Ask open-ended questions to assess customer needs and project scope.
• Promote services such as Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, Pro Services.
• Discuss options (good, better, best) and suggest related items or services.
• Educate customers about the whole project and related products.
• Maintain daily stock, signs, displays and cleanliness.
