The Home Depot in Timmins, Ontario seeks an Assistant Store Manager who thrives on helping customers succeed and guiding teams to achieve strong results. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop Associates, and ensure a welcoming, well‑stocked store environment.

You will schedule staff, coach employees, and ensure safety and policy compliance while delivering an outstanding Home Depot shopping experience for every Customer.

Qualifications

• Must fulfill minimum time-in-position (1 year).
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer experience is a must.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and confidentiality.
