Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Vaughan, Canada, is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver an exceptional in-store experience while driving daily sales.

You’ll open/close, run POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, maintain displays, analyze reports, protect assets, and represent the brand’s culture. This part-time role requires weekend availability and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Open/close routines as required.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company values.
