Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a part-time Key Lead in Calgary to support the store leadership team on the floor. You will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates, drive the customer experience, and help achieve daily sales targets.

You will excel in a fast-paced retail environment, demonstrate strong communication, and maintain fashion-forward product knowledge while balancing multiple tasks with energy and initiative.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is beneficial.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills required.
