Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Vaughan to drive sales, lead daily store operations, and mentor team members. You will analyze performance metrics, ensure top-tier customer service, and maintain brand standards across floorsets and merchandising.

The role requires a degree or supervisory experience in a customer-facing setting, a strong customer focus, keen fashion sense, and the ability to coach others while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
