Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to keep the in-store experience engaging and efficient, acting as Floor Supervisor and guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates. You will drive daily sales and oversee store operations on the shop floor.

The role focuses on customer service, product knowledge, and team collaboration within a dynamic, fashion-forward environment. Part-time hours with weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred (at least 1 year).
• Experience as a supervisor not required.
• Strong customer focus and a cheerful, helpful demeanor.

Responsibilities
