Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Flight Administrator to join the corporate team of a top aerospace company flying out of St-Hubert, QC. This role is 5x week onsite in St-Hubert, QC.

The primary duty is to prepare trip itineraries for flight crews, coordinating all the necessary logistics and ensuring timely schedule communication to crew members and maintenance technicians. Knowledge of Transport Canada regulations is preferred, and French is an asset.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant past professional experience.
• French is an asset.
• Knowledge of Transport Canada regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the status of all planned flights and flights in progress from origin to final destination (flight following).
• Ensure ground handling, de-icing, fuel, slots and permits are in order before releasing a flight.
• Identify delays and take corrective action to minimize disruptions to scheduling operations and safety.
• Coordinate crew logistics, arrange ground transportation and hotel accommodations.
• Review, prepare and submit post-flight expense reports and manage passenger logistics.
