Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Aviation Customer Manager to join a leading aerospace company in Longueuil, QC. This role is onsite at five days per week and focuses on fostering strong client relationships through pre-delivery and after-sale support for aircraft and fleet customers.

You will coordinate shop visits, manage logistics and the commercial aspects, and act as the liaison between customers and technical teams to clarify contracts and pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with relevant experience (3–10 years).
• Background in Administration/Commerce or Aerospace fields.
• Strong project/event management and logistics skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Experience in aerospace or automotive industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship during engine shop visits from planning to return to service.
• Coordinate shop events, logistics, engine removal dates, location, timing, and rentals.
• Manage the commercial side: review cost estimates and negotiate with customers.
• Interpret contracts and discuss pricing, scope, obligations.
• Oversee final closeout: review invoice, coordinate payment, engine return to aircraft.
• Serve as bridge between customer and technical teams.

Insight Global is seeking an Aviation Customer Manager to join a top aerospace company in Longueuil, QC. This role is 5x week onsite.

The Aviation Customer Manager is responsible for fostering relationships with clients by ensuring pre-delivery and after-sale support to aircraft and fleetcustomers which include commercial and technical service management. You will be the main point of contact for your clients and represent their interests within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship throughout an engine shop visit, from pre-planning through completion and return to service.
• Coordinate shop events and logistics, including engine removal dates, shop location, timing, and any rental engine requirements.
• Manage the commercial side of the shop visit, reviewing/approving cost estimates and negotiating with customers when needed.
• Interpret customer contracts and have informed discussions around pricing, scope, and contractual obligations.
• Oversee final commercial closeout, including reviewing the invoice, coordinating payment, and supporting the engine’s return/install back on the aircraft.
• Act as the bridge between the customer and technical teams.
