Qualifications

• Must read and interpret CARs (Subparts 703, 704, 705).
• 1–2 years of crew scheduling, flight dispatch or airline ops experience preferred.
• Fluency in French required; professional English communication for international ops.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify monthly crew schedules based on operational needs.
• Apply CARs regarding flight, duty and rest requirements.
• Manage unexpected changes (absences, delays, emergencies).
• Analyze availability, qualifications, and constraints to optimize crew utilization.
• Collaborate with chief pilots, dispatchers, and coordinators.
