Job summary

Camions Excellence Peterbilt is seeking a Parts Supervisor for Day Shift in Laval, QC. The role leads the Parts Department, provides customer service and parts advice, and oversees orders, inventory, and administrative tasks.

The position emphasizes leadership, organization, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Eligible candidates are bilingual in French and English and committed to delivering excellent service within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Relevant vocational diploma (DEP).
• 5 to 10 years of experience in the parts industry (asset).
• Natural leadership and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions and work well under pressure.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Bilingual French and English.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer service and parts advice;
• Managing orders, parts searches, purchases, and inventory;
• Optimizing storage and following up on returns and cores;
• Handling administrative tasks related to parts;
• Supervising, training, and scheduling the Parts Department team;
• Ensuring adequate schedule coverage and the smooth operation of the department.

Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
