Job summary

Paradigm Fleet Sales Leasing and Upfitting is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily on-site operations in Stoney Creek, ON. You will supervise staff, coordinate workflow, and ensure seamless delivery of fleet services including sales, leasing, and upfitting.

The role requires strong organizational skills, customer-service focus, and experience in branch operations. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work on-site are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in branch operations supporting day-to-day management.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building for commercial clients.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic office software and ability to learn industry-specific systems or CRMs.
• Effective communication across sales, service, and operations teams.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work on-site in Stoney Creek, ON.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and coordinate daily branch operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Coordinate workflow and ensure efficient delivery of fleet sales, leasing, and upfitting services.
• Manage customer accounts and support sales activities, including quotes and follow-ups.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate vehicle deliveries and upfitting schedules.
• Support branch reporting and work with Branch Manager on process improvements to hit targets.
