Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer service and operations experience.
  • Experience in service and parts department preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills with MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) for timely service support while mitigating risk of inventory loss.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels by ordering parts and coordinating with Centralized Parts Ordering.
  • Receive and store parts, update PartsNet, and perform frequent cycle counts.
  • Manage new & used battery inventory and ensure tires are on hand in correct quantities.
  • Ensure warranty items are shipped on time and follow up with warranty department.
  • Partner with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts are available.
  • Vendor support and accountability; ensure payments are processed correctly.
  • Perform process analyses of Inventory, maintenance profitability, warranty campaigns and cycle counts.
  • Use ServiceNet or AS400 to understand operations for problem solving and process improvement.
  • Support the branch financial manager to improve branch performance and profitability.
  • Projects and tasks from Branch Financial Manager and District Financial Manager.
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
  • Willingness to travel and pass background checks and drug screening.
