Job summary

Chit Chats Express, Inc. in Toronto/GTA is seeking a Branch Floater to lead branch operations, support and motivate the team, and create outstanding client experiences.

You’ll help keep shipments moving and ensure a welcoming, efficient service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include leading daily branch activities, supporting freight handling, and actively seeking improvements while demonstrating Caring, Curious and Cheerful values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail, branch or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and French.
• A genuine passion for helping people.
• A positive, proactive let's figure it out attitude.
• Computer and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch: Keep daily operations running smoothly, safely and efficiently.
• Champion the client: Create helpful, welcoming experiences.
