Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Canada Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for our Stoney Creek, Ontario location. The role focuses on inventory and administrative processes to support maintenance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and branch profitability.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a pay range of $24.00 to $29.00 per hour. Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid G-class driver's license, and 2+ years in customer service or operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service and/or operations roles.
• Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced computer skills; proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in service and parts environments is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work at the Stoney Creek location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity to support timely service and profitability.
• Perform process analytics on inventory, profitability, warranty campaigns, and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering and warranty dept for timely shipments and returns.
• Assist branch financial manager to monitor performance and profitability.
• Ensure accurate updates in PartsNet and manage vendor payments.
• Gather data and support scheduling of repairs with parts availability.
