Responsibilities

• Manages the branch in the absence of the manager and supports strategies to drive branch sales and profitability.
• Coordinates procurement, inventory control, shipping/receiving, warehousing, and sales per company policies.
• Investigates customer complaints and resolves inventory discrepancies; approves credit memos as needed.
• Provides counter and inside sales support, ensures accurate and timely billing of orders, and assists with staff scheduling and budgeting.
• Interviews applicants, trains associates, assigns work, and enforces HR policies to maintain positive associate relations.
