Taymax Group is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative at our Mississauga club. You will greet members, manage front desk duties, sign up new members, and assist in daily club operations to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires 18+, a high school diploma, basic computer skills and a positive, professional demeanor. This is a base hourly role with opportunities to grow within the fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for fitness and health.
• Exceptional customer service and positive interactions with members and staff.
• Strong listening skills and empathy; able to problem solve.
• Diplomacy in all interactions and professional conduct.

Responsabilités

• Greet members, prospective members and guests and provide exceptional service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, check members in, sign up new members and process rates.
• Assist Club Manager with cash drawer and daily cash handling.
• Update member information and resolve questions or concerns.
• Maintain club cleanliness and assist with daily maintenance tasks.
• Perform other duties as needed according to club requirements.
