Job summary

Taymax Group, operating the Planet Fitness club in Halifax, seeks a Member Services Representative to welcome members and guests and deliver superior customer service. You will manage front desk tasks, sign up new members, process tours, and help maintain a clean, friendly environment that reflects the Judgement Free Zone ethos.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and a passion for fitness.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests with exceptional service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, check in members, sign up new members.
• Take prospective members on tours and process memberships.
• Assist in counting the drawer and support Club Manager as needed.
• Maintain clean and welcoming club environment and address member questions promptly.
