Responsibilities

• Develop ITM opportunities across commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings.
• Prepare accurate quotes for ITM agreements and repairs.
• Set up contracts and document service orders; ensure accuracy and retention.
• Schedule field staff, coordinate with customers, and manage timelines to meet KPIs.
• Engage with market trends and position the company as a trusted fire and life safety advisor.
