Job summary

Classic Fire + Life Safety in Ottawa, Ontario, is seeking an Account Manager-Service Sales to support existing customers and grow new business within CFLS service and inspection portfolios. You will handle lead generation, CRM-based relationship management, quotes, sales docs, and customer support through the full sales cycle.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of inside sales, account management, or business development experience.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Experience preparing quotations and sales documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell CFLS products and services while serving as a subject matter expert.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through inquiries and leads.
Manage the full sales cycle from contact to closing and follow-up.
Prepare quotations, deficiency reports, and sales proposals with accuracy.
