Job summary

Fire Safety and Protection (FSP) is seeking a Sales Account Manager to develop and manage customer relationships across the assigned territory, focusing on life safety and security solutions. You will act as the main contact, coordinate with internal teams, and drive growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or account management within fire protection or security, excellent communication, and familiarity with CRM and Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years of sales/account management experience in life safety, fire protection, or security.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage existing and new customer relationships within the assigned territory.
• Provide expert consultation on life safety and security solutions to drive growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver compliant, high-quality service.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and provide product demonstrations.
