The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing is looking for a FIR System Support Analyst to help maintain and support the system underlying the province's primary tool for the collection of municipal financial information, the Financial Information Return (FIR).
FIR data is collected through a complex Excel workbook and is stored in a Hyperion Planning / Essbase cube which is maintained by the FIR Unit of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. In addition, FIR data and other information is regularly posted on the FIR website which is also maintained by the unit.
