Job summary

Space Ops is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage high-volume vendor invoicing, payments, and close activities. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and audit-ready records in a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, and leadership to resolve discrepancies, improve AP workflows, and support compliance across multiple entities. Prior experience in SaaS/tech finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in SaaS/tech/fintech.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and deadline prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently in AP systems.
• Match invoices to receipts and ensure proper coding to GL accounts and cost centers.
• Manage payment runs (EFT, ACH, wire transfers, etc.).
• Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation for internal and external audits.
