Job summary

Boldr is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage payment processing across multiple channels and ensure accurate cash application in our ERP system. You will operate as the SME for cash matching and support timely month-end closes during high growth.

You will handle payment discrepancies, collaborate with banking partners, and generate AR reports to inform management and forecast cash flow. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in AR within a SaaS or tech scale-up context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounts receivable, collections, or related finance experience.
• Experience in a SaaS or fast-growth tech company is preferred.
• Strong understanding of AR processes including cash application and dispute resolution.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments across multiple channels (ACH, wire, card, check) with high accuracy.
• Apply cash to invoices in the ERP system and match to customer accounts.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and unapplied cash within defined timeframes.
• Generate daily/weekly cash application reports and analyze trends.
• Support cash forecasting with accurate data.
