Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and execute weekly and monthly payment runs.
• Maintain vendor records and ensure accuracy of account information.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and balances.
• Monitor payment schedules to comply with terms and policies.
• Assist with quarter-end close activities and month-end/year-end close.
• Prepare accounts payable reports and maintain financial records.
• Provide supporting documentation for audits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
