Job summary

Aable Construction is seeking a concrete finisher to work on residential sites on-site in Canada. The role requires 3–5 years of concrete experience and WHMIS certification, with no formal degree required.

You will inspect formwork and materials, place and finish concrete, ensure proper curing, and read blueprints and drawings to meet grade and specification requirements. Physical labor, reliability, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with finishing concrete and reading blueprints.
• 3–5 years on-site concrete finishing preferred.
• WHMIS certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Check formwork, base, and reinforcement materials.
• Direct placement of concrete into forms according to grade.
• Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement.
• Level top surface to grade and depth specifications.
