Job summary

Parkway Ford is seeking a Financial Services Manager to join our leadership team of customer-focused professionals within our high-volume dealership. You will drive sales, enhance processes and ensure a seamless financing experience for customers.

As the liaison between customers and financial institutions, you will ensure all ownership and warranty documentation is completed accurately and on time, while generating profit from warranties, insurances, and related products.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Post-Secondary Education Preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales departments or related work environments - previous FSM experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience following established processes and procedures.
• Act as liaison between financial institutions and customers; ensure documentation for ownership and warranty is completed correctly.
• Generate profit by selling warranties, insurances and various products.
• Drive sales and improve efficiencies through collaboration with the team.
