Job summary

Parkway Ford is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team of customer-focused professionals in a high-volume, process-driven dealership. You will guide customers through the buying journey, conduct needs interviews, and present vehicles and financing options.

You will accompany test drives, discuss trade-ins, deliver vehicles, and follow up to build loyalty and ensure a positive buying experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Post-Secondary Education Preferred.
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the vehicle buying process and interview to discover preferences and motives.
• Accompany customers on test drives and assist with trade-in evaluation.
• Present financing options and address customer concerns to facilitate the sale.
• Deliver vehicles and follow up to develop loyalty and lasting relationships.
