Job summary

Fraserway RV Halifax is seeking a highly motivated Financial Services Manager to oversee all aspects of financial service sales within the Business Office. You will work closely with Sales and Service to maximize profitability and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In this full-time, regular role, you will promote extended service agreements, financing options, and related products, while negotiating terms with financial institutions and maintaining accurate reports.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or related experience required.
• Business/Finance experience is preferred.
• RV industry experience is an asset.
• Proficiency in “Customer Service First”.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Fraserway RV mission, vision and values.
• Generate revenue through the Business Office by promoting and selling financial products and after-market items.
• Promote extended service agreements, financing, tires, and credit life/health plans.
• Monitor vehicle transactions and maintain accurate records across IDS and F&I systems.
• Disclose all options, programs, and terms to customers.
• Coordinate with all departments and external financial partners professionally.
• Negotiate terms with financial institutions.
• Develop incentives for staff to sell insurance and financing.
• Assist clients with product/service inquiries under F.S.O. control.
• Manage payments, deposits, taxes, and related financial variables.
• Foster a positive work environment and ensure warranty documentation is complete.
• Schedule and organize vehicle deliveries; prepare monthly reports.
• Perform other duties as directed by the General Manager.
