Fraserway RV in Abbotsford is seeking an experienced salesperson who can build relationships, uncover what customers want, and guide them to a buying decision. You’ll help families plan weekends and vacations by matching needs with the right RV, explaining options, and guiding decisions with confidence.

You don’t need RV sales experience, but a proven sales record and genuine interest in the RV lifestyle are essential to succeed and enjoy a rewarding career with Fraserway RV.

Qualifications

• This is not an entry-level sales position.
• We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales and relationship building.
• Experience selling RVs is not required, but a strong connection to the RV lifestyle helps.
• You should be able to sell, follow up, and close deals consistently.
• You may come from automotive, real estate, powersports, or other sales sectors.

Fraserway RV is looking for aproven sales professionalto join our team. You don't need previous RV sales experience, but you do need a track record of sales success and a genuine interest in the RV lifestyle because you're not just selling a vehicle.

You're helping people choose how they want to spend their weekends, vacations, and time with family. And to do that well, you need to understand the lifestyle you're selling.

What You'll Do

As an RV Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases they'll make.

You'll:

• Build relationships with customers and understand their needs, budget, travel plans, and lifestyle
• Ask the right questions to determine what type of RV is the best fit
• Present and demonstrate RVs in a way that connects features to the customer's needs

Who We're Looking For

This is not an entry-level sales position.

We're looking for someone who has already demonstrated that they can sell, build relationships, follow up, and close.

You don't have to have sold RVs before. You might come fromautomotive, real estate, powersports, marine, telecommunications, furniture, financial services, or another sales environment. But if you don't have RV sales experience, you should have a genuine connection to the RV and outdoor lifestyle.

RV Experience Is Not Required. RV Passion Is.

If you camp, travel, fish, hike, explore, or simply love spending time outdoors, you'll have a much easier time understanding our customers and selling something you can genuinely get excited about.
