Job summary

Fraserway RV LP in Abbotsford is seeking an experienced RV Sales Consultant who can build relationships, uncover customer needs, and guide them to a buying decision. You don't need RV experience, but a track record of sales success and a passion for the RV lifestyle.

You'll guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases, present and demonstrate RVs, respond to leads, and work with Finance, Parts, and Service to ensure a smooth purchase.

If you're an experienced salesperson who knows how to build relationships, uncover what a customer really wants, and confidently guide them to a buying decision, we'd like to meet you.

Fraserway RV is looking for aproven sales professionalto join our team. You don't need previous RV sales experience, but you do need a track record of sales success and a genuine interest in the RV lifestyle because you're not just selling a vehicle.

You're helping people choose how they want to spend their weekends, vacations, and time with family. And to do that well, you need to understand the lifestyle you're selling.

What You'll Do

As an RV Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases they'll make.

You'll:

• Build relationships with customers and understand their needs, budget, travel plans, and lifestyle
• Ask the right questions to determine what type of RV is the best fit
• Present and demonstrate RVs in a way that connects features to the customer's needs
• Conduct professional walkarounds and product demonstrations
• Respond to leads and follow up consistently with prospective customers
• Negotiate and close sales while creating a positive customer experience
• Work with our Finance, Parts, and Service teams to ensure a smooth purchase experience
• Stay current on RV products, features, technology, and industry trends
• Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat and referral business

Who We're Looking For

This is not an entry-level sales position.

We're looking for someone who has already demonstrated that they can sell, build relationships, follow up, and close.

You don't have to have sold RVs before. You might come fromautomotive, real estate, powersports, marine, telecommunications, furniture, financial services, or another sales environment. But if you don't have RV sales experience, you should have a genuine connection to the RV and outdoor lifestyle.

RV Experience Is Not Required. RV Passion Is.

If you camp, travel, fish, hike, explore, or simply love spending time outdoors, you'll have a much easier time understanding our customers and selling something you can genuinely get excited about.
