goeasy, operating through easyfinancial, is seeking a Financial Service Representative in Canada. You will welcome customers in person, over the phone, and by email to assess needs and match them with suitable products, while promoting credit-building and cross-sell opportunities.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, comfortable with calls, and able to handle negotiations. The role offers a base pay of $19–$21 CAD per hour plus monthly bonuses, with a commitment to diversity and growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment, comfortable on the phone.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Financially motivated sales representatives in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to pass background checks and eligibility to work in Canada full-time.

Responsibilities
