Job summary

easyfinancial, the consumer lending driver behind goeasy, is seeking a Financial Service Representative to join our Canada team in Richmond Hill. You will greet customers in person, by phone and email, assess needs and guide them to suitable products, while building trust and a positive experience.

You’ll be rewarded with a competitive hourly wage ($19.00–$20.00 CAD), monthly bonuses, and access to employee benefits including RRSP match and 24/7 healthcare.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment and comfortable interacting with customers over the phone.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product.
• Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit.
• Capitalize on financial cross-sales and add-on products.
• Manage collections activities for all past due financial accounts.
• Secure all required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail.
