Job summary

goeasy in Mississauga, Canada, is seeking a Financial Sales Representative for our fast-growing contact center. You will manage outbound calls and emails, accurately submit loan applications, and upsell valuable products while delivering outstanding service to applicants.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a call center is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound calls and follow-ups to applicants by phone and email.
• Submit and process loan applications into underwriting system.
• Upsell additional valuable products.
• Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and speed.
• Adhere to privacy and AML policies when servicing clients.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to improve the business unit.
• Aim to achieve and maintain monthly sales targets.
