Job summary

goeasy is seeking a Senior Financial Sales Representative in Mississauga to drive high-quality sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will act as a subject matter expert for Financial Sales Representatives, supporting team objectives and handling complex applications within underwriting guidelines.

You will mentor peers, manage outbound outreach, and collaborate across departments to improve processes and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience in financial services or contact centre.
Advanced knowledge of lending products, underwriting guidelines and policies.
Strong customer-first mindset balancing sales and outcomes.
Proven ability to coach and mentor peers and juniors.
Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional sales and customer experiences while supporting the Sales team’s day-to-day effectiveness.
Act as subject matter expert for FSRs and help achieve team sales targets.
Manage outbound contacts via phone, email, and text to exceed targets.
Assist with complex applications and navigate underwriting guidelines.
Coach teammates and mentor new hires during onboarding.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns.
Monitor performance against targets and contribute to process improvements.
