Job summary

goeasy's easyfinancial team in Bolton, Ontario, is hiring a Financial Service Representative. You will welcome customers in person, on the phone, and by email; assess their needs and match them to suitable financial products; assist with credit-building and cross-sell products.

You will also help with collections activities for past-due accounts and gather accurate information for applications. We offer hourly pay of CAD 19.00 to CAD 20.00 plus monthly bonuses and a range of benefits, including

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment and comfortable interacting with customers over the phone.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Financially motivated sales representatives who thrive in fast-paced and competitive environments.
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis at the time of application; sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationship by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product.
• Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit.
• Capitalize on financial cross-sales and add-on products.
• Manage collections activities for all past due financial accounts.
• Secure all required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail.
