Altis Technology in Downtown Toronto is seeking an Account Transfers Representative to manage ATON and non-ATON transfers within a collaborative investment operations team.

This 36-month contract offers hybrid work with strict deadlines, 12 onsite days weekly, and a strong exposure to investment operations. Ideal for candidates with extensive financial services experience and solid Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years in financial services, banking, or investment operations.
• Hands-on experience processing ATON and/or non-ATON transfers is required.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field (Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business).
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with financial data.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a client focus.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process ATON and non-ATON transfers accurately with complete documentation.
• Coordinate with financial institutions, advisors, and internal teams for timely transfers.
• Investigate rejected transfers, resolve discrepancies, and communicate updates.
• Respond to inquiries about investment products, services and transfer processes.
• Reconcile daily transfer control accounts and escalate discrepancies as needed.
• Deliver professional service while meeting tight deadlines.

Account Transfers Representative

Location: Downtown Toronto, ON, relocating to Robert Speck Way, Mississauga, in December 2026 or January 2027 (Hybrid, 12 days onsite per week)
Language: Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Duration: 36 month contract, with strong possibility of extension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay Rate: $26$28/hour, based on experience
Anticipated Start Date: Between November 9 and December 7, 2026, pending background check completion
Background Check Requirement: Criminal and credit checks, plus two professional reference checks

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll process ATON and non-ATON account transfers, ensuring accuracy and complete documentation.
• You’ll coordinate with financial institutions, investment advisors, and internal teams to facilitate timely transfers.
• You’ll investigate rejected transfers, resolve discrepancies, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• You’ll respond to inquiries about investment products, services, and transfer processes.
• You’ll reconcile daily account transfer control accounts and elevate discrepancies as needed.
• You’ll deliver responsive, professional service while managing competing deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in financial services, banking, or investment operations.
• Required hands‑on experience processing ATON and/or non‑ATON account transfers. Experience with at least one transfer type is mandatory, while experience with both is an asset.
• Completed post‑secondary degree or diploma in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client‑focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive problem‑solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
