Job summary

Altis Technology is seeking a Client Services Representative in Deer Lake, NL. This on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with Thursday evenings until 7:00 p.m. No banking experience is required, only 1 year of customer-facing work and a willingness to learn.

You will help customers understand financial products, guide applications, and support documentation while building trusted relationships in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, telecommunications, automotive services, or similar.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interest in banking or financial services with no previous industry experience required.
• Positive, motivated attitude with openness to feedback and coaching.
• Confident using computer systems and handling confidential information.
• Availability to work fully on-site, including Thursdays until 7:00 p.m., with reliable transportation and legal authorization to work in Canada.

Client Services Representative

Location: Deer Lake, NL, fully on-site, five days per week

Language: Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English

Schedule: 37.540 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with mandatory availability until 7:00 p.m. on Thursdays

Compensation: $21.13 per hour

Background Check Requirement: Criminal background check, credit check and employment verification required

Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail, hospitality, telecommunications, automotive services, sales or customer service

A positive, motivated attitude, eagerness to learn and openness to feedback and coaching
Confidence using computer systems, strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Comfort working toward goals, identifying customer needs and recommending solutions
Availability to work fully on-site, including Thursdays until 7:00 p.m., daily access to reliable transportation and legal authorization to work in Canada
