As an advisor, you leverage a broad suite of services and digital tools to educate clients, expand digital engagement, and drive meaningful outcomes in their finances and plans.

Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course)
• DFSA designation (Personal Financial Service Advice and Financial Planning I)
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience in financial services
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
• Digital literacy across a broad range of devices

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate empathy, kindness and understand client circumstances
• Communicate effectively to uncover client needs and deliver client-centric advice
• Use RBC ecosystem partners to meet clients’ financial needs
• Provide professional advice addressing complex credit and investments
• Educate clients to self-serve while enabling digital channels
• Connect with clients both virtually and face-to-face
• Implement effective contact/relationship building strategies to grow client base
• Collaborate with financial planning, mortgages, and business banking experts for tailored advice
