Job summary

RBC is seeking a senior finance transformation partner in Mississauga to act as a trusted advisor across financial accounting, performance management, and planning. You will lead improvements to insurance product accounting and reporting, working with Finance, IT, and Actuarial teams to streamline operations and unlock optimization opportunities.

Based in Mississauga with flexibility for other GTA locations, the role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, governance, and driving automation

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in finance transformation or finance/actuarial reporting or financial systems implementation in insurance.
• Strong project management skills with large-scale programs.
• Able to present complex topics to finance and IT leaders.
• CPA/CA designation or actuarial designation, or relevant advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives across Finance, Actuarial, IT, and vendors while managing risks and timelines.
• Drive reporting strategy to measure, report, and disclose insurance product performance and financial results.
• Optimize processes by simplifying workflows and implementing automation with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure governance, controls, and audit-ready documentation.
